RETURNS/REFUNDS
At RE-Vive the TEE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note due to the custom handmade nature of your quilt we are unable to accept returns.
Once you have placed your order, the T-Shirts must be sent to us within 3 months. After this RE-Vive the TEE reserves the right to cancel your order and no refund will be issued.
If you change you mind within the first 3 months we will offer a 100% refund minus any processing fees we have incurred- this only applies if we have not already received your T-Shirts.
If your parcel contains more than the required amount of T-Shirts for your quilt, we will return the unused panels with the finished quilt and it will be subject to a handling and shipping fee of $25.
The best way to avoid extra charges and receive the finished product you were hoping for is to follow the welcome package that was emailed to you when the order was placed.
